BOOTY BURN

Our signature class! Booty Burn is a high intensity interval training class (HIIT) that is set to the beat of the music! This sweat session combines body weight cardio moves with free weight exercises. It will leave you feeling invigorated and stronger than ever! 

 

Barre at the bar

A barre method like no other. This is the perfect low impact class for those days when your body and bum need a little TLC. 

BASIC TRAINING

Our version of a kick butt bootcamp! This session is all about strength training and pushing yourself further than you thought was possible. Think of it as a personal training session with 20 of your best friends. Can you say #bootygains? 

Cardio Club 

The best party in town! This cardio dance class is high energy and nonstop fun! It’s such a crazy fun workout, you’ll forget you’re burning calories!
